UPDATE: Missing Godwin High student found safe

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. --Police in Henrico County say missing 17-year-old Siera Vandemark has been found.  In an email sent to CBS 6, Lt. D.K Craft tells us she was located on Sunday November 1 and was returned to her family. Police say they appreciate the help and support of the community in locating her safely.

Authorities are asking for the public's help to locate a missing high school student in Henrico County.

Officials said 17-year-old Siera Vandemark was last seen Wednesday. She attends Godwin High School but lives in the 200 block of N. Oak in Highland Springs.

Police said Siera may be driving a red Chevrolet cavalier with black and white leopard-print seat covers. The car has Virginia tags VER-3010.

The teen is described as a black female around five feet six inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
