STAFFORD, Va. — Dystani Bethea, 16, was reported missing in Stafford, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Bethea may have traveled to Woodbridge or Washington D.C., according to the center.
Bethea was described as a 5’7″, 180 pound black female with brown hair and brown eyes. Both her ears and nose are pierced. She may wear long extensions in her hair.
