RICHMOND, Va. — Expected delays along I-95 south in Richmond Friday afternoon.
VDOT reported a crash has closed the interstate’s right and center lanes near the the Belvidere exit (mile marker 77).
As of 6:30 p.m., there was a three-mile backup.
Drivers are warned to expect delays.
