Wreck along I-95 south.
RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle accident along I-95 south caused major delays along I-95 in Richmond Thursday afternoon.
The wreck closed the interstate’s right and center lanes near Broad Street (mile marker 74) for about an hour.
By 6:30 p.m. all lanes had reopened, but a five-mile backup remained.
By 7:43 p.m. the backup cleared.
