GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. — It’s time to go back… to the future. In the 1985 hit movie Back to the Future, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) travels back in time to 1955 where he nearly erases himself when gets between the high school versions of his mother and father. In the 1989 sequel, Back to the Future Part II, McFly travels to the future to help his yet-to-be-born children.
The date McFly lands in the future is October 21, 2015.
This is all just a set-up to let you know that the Goochland Drive-In Theater will hold a special triple feature on October 21, 2015 to pay homage to the Back to the Future series. The theater will show all three Back to the Future movies starting at 6:45 p.m. (gates open at 5:30 p.m.).
