Kinney introduced her latest project, “Paranormal Petersburg, Virginia, and the Tri-Cities Area.” Readers encounter the ghosts of Union and Confederate soldiers, Edgar Allan Poe and his bride, and more ghoulish spirits. Pamela will host book signings on Friday, October 9th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Sweet Dixie, located at 8 W.
