RICHMOND, Va. — The American Red Cross is helping two women displaced by a fire. Richmond Fire crews responded to the 400 block of Old Brook Road for an apartment fire Tuesday afternoon. When crews arrived they saw heavy smoke and fire coming the apartment.

The fire was quickly marked under control. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
