CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — An overturned tractor trailer has blocked the right shoulder of the on ramp from Route 288 south to Interstate 95 north in Chesterfield. Traffic is slowed in that area.
“A tractor trailer was exiting onto the ramp to I-95 north when it overturned on the ramp,” Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said. “The truck was loaded with paper. There were no injuries and no hazmat spill.”
