RICHMOND, Va - Chefs Paige Healy and Gregorio Spinzo of “Dinner In The Field” returned to the Virginia This Morning kitchen to share an authentic Italian dish, Maiale Ripieno. This tasty recipe features pork stuffed with parmigiano, wild mushrooms, onions, and mandarin oranges. Paige and Gregorio will also show off their culinary skills at Folk Feast to benefit the Richmond Folk Festival on Tuesday, October 6th from 6pm to 8:30pm at Upper Tredegar.
