RICHMOND, Va. – An overturned tractor-trailer slowed traffic along the Chippenham Parkway not far from Stony Point Fashion Park in Richmond Wednesday morning.
Richmond police officials said the semi overturned on the ramp from Huguenot Road to Chippenham shortly after 10:15 a.m. .
The driver of the semi said he was not injured, but was taken to an area hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
