"In August, police received a report that Clark had inappropriately touched a juvenile male, who is known to him, on two occasions. The incidents occurred during the past year," a Chesterfield Police spokeswoman wrote in an email. "Clark is a former volunteer youth group leader at Immanuel Baptist Church in Colonial Heights. He met the victim through his role as the youth group leader."

Clark was booked in Chesterfield County Jail and is being held without bond.

Anyone with information about this incident was asked to call Chesterfield Police at 804-748-1251 or Crime Solvers at 804-748-0660. This is a developing story.
