CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The trials connected to the murder of a Virginia police captain has been moved from Charlottesville to Roanoke.

Six alleged gang members are charged in connection with the murder of Waynesboro police Capt. Kevin Quick.

Quick was found dead in Goochland County in February 2014.

A judge has also ruled the jury will be “semi- anonymous”.

In May a mistrial was declared in this case, after a defendant got a list of potential jurors.

Online court records showed three of the nine suspects initially charged in the indictment entered guilty pleas.  Daniel Mathis, Shantai Shelton, Mersadies Shelton, Kweli Uhuru, Halisi Uhuru, and Darnell Stokes went on trial, court records show.

The new trial is scheduled for February 2016.
