RICHMOND, Va. -- Saturday was a mainly sunny day with highs in the low to mid 80s. Sunday will be a degree or so warmer with extra clouds, but humidity levels will still be very comfortable.
Humidity levels will rise overnight and much of Monday. A cold front will move through Monday night and bring less humid conditions back for Tuesday and Wednesday. The humidity will creep back up heading into next weekend.
Temperatures will also heat up on Monday, but the majority of the 7-day forecast has highs in the 80s.
A few storms are possible with the front late Monday into Monday night. Showers will linger across far southeastern Virginia Tuesday morning. The remainder of the week should stay dry.
Rainfall is running a bit below normal for the month. Any heavy downpours on Monday will be localized.
