RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond leadership appeared on C-Span Wednesday morning.
Captain Harvey Powers, of the Richmond Police Training Division took phone calls and talked about what lessons have been learned from officer-involved shootings.
Mayor Dwight Jones also spoke about the city government's partnership with police, while Chief Alfred Durham spoke about community outreach efforts.
