Traffic: All lanes open after crash closed ramp on Downtown Expressway to I-95 northbound

RICHMOND, Va. -- All lanes have re-opened after a crash closed all lanes of the ramp from the Downtown Expressway to I-95 northbound (mm 74).

There are no injuries in the crash.
