RICHMOND, Va. — Tornado Warning issued for Charles City, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent until 5:30 p.m. The warning expired, but severe weather still pummeled areas, mostly south of Richmond.
People traveling along Interstate 64 were urged to use caution.
