WILLIAMSBURG, Va --In a monumental discovery at Jamestown, archaeologists have identified the remains of four lost founders of the first successful English colony in America.
They said Reverend Robert Hunt, Captain Gabriel Archer, Sir Fernando Wainman and Captain William West were buried more than 400 years ago near the altar of what was America's first protestant church.
This location was also on the same spot where Pocahontas married John Rolfe.
Archaeologists said the discovery of a silver box containing shards of bone has led to a theory that one of the four was a secret catholic and may have been a spy for the Catholic Church.
