DOSWELL, Va. -- A tractor trailer and two other vehicles were involved in a crash early Friday morning on Interstate 95 south near Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. "The left and center lanes are now open. The right lane remains closed," VDOT advised at 7 a.m. "The backup is approximately four miles. Continue to expect delays."
