RICHMOND, Va - The popular Filipino Festival is coming back to Richmond for the 10th Year! Sue Berinato and Henry Buenviaje shared a tasty preview by preparing “Pancit Bihon,” one of their signature dishes. The Festival is Friday, August 7th from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday, August 8th from 10am to 10pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, located at 8200 Woodman Road.
