RICHMOND, Va. — The case against corruption case against former Virginia First Lady Maureen McDonnell is now scheduled be argued before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in late October.
That is the same court that recently upheld the corruption conviction of her husband, former governor Bob McDonnell.
Both were found guilty by a federal jury last September.
Maureen McDonnell was sentenced to a little more than one year in prison.
Bob McDonnell would likely be ordered to report to federal prison later this year.
