Kidnap suspect wanted for firing gun in Midlothian home arrested

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- The man wanted in three different districts was arrested Friday night in Chesterfield, according to Chesterfield Police. Raymond Goodwyn is the man police said fired a gunshot inside a home on Francill Drive in Chesterfield County late Thursday afternoon.

Goodwyn was also wanted in Dinwiddie for violating a protective order. Police said he also had warrants in Petersburg for kidnapping, assault and weapons charges.

Details about Goodwyn's arrest have not yet been released.
