Amelia man arrested for brandishing firearm at family waving Confederate Flags

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – An Amelia man has been charged with brandishing a firearm, which is a class one misdemeanor.

James Baker, 46, is accused of brandishing a handgun during an altercation with a group of people who were displaying a Confederate flag in the 22000 block of Hull Street Road on July 13.

Baker was released pending his appearance in the General District Court on September 3, 2015.
