The 3rd annual Smoke and Vine Wine Festival at James River Cellars Winery, 11008 Washington Highway, Glen Allen, Saturday, July 11, from 4pm – 10pm,  features the Earth, Wind & Fire Tribute Band, DJ Drake, CBS 6 Antoinette Essa and Thomas Haskins. There will be wine tastings, Cigars by Cigar Realm and food trucks. It’s sponsored by James River Cellars Winery, FunkMotor Entertainment and Johnson’s Charities, portion of the proceeds will help underprivileged children during the year.
