Victim hurt during robbery on Riverside Drive

RICHMOND, Va -- Richmond Police were on the scene of a robbery on the city's Southside Thursday morning.

The robbery happened on Riverside Drive near 22nd street at around 5:00 Thursday morning. A clerk at the Fas-Mart on Semmes Avenue and 22nd street says the robbery victim was hurt and ran to the store for help.

The victim is expected to be fine. There was no information about a possible suspect.
