HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — An overturned tractor-trailer has blocked the left and center lanes of Interstate 64 west at Laburnum Avenue (mile marker 195) in eastern Henrico, according to Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick. No injuries were reported.
The truck was hauling refrigerated food, Vick said.
