RICHMOND, Va. — An overturned vehicle has closed lanes of Interstate 195 south near the Cary Street exit in Richmond.
“The right and center lanes are closed near Cary St. due to a crash,” VDOT reported at 9:25 a.m. “There is currently a 3 mile backup. Expect delays.”
