RICHMOND, Va - Our resident Foodie Shayne Rogers was back in the Virginia This Morning kitchen with another “Shaynefully Delicious” Creation featuring her Buffalo Chicken Spirals. This tasty finger food provides all the bold flavor of hot wings without the mess. This quick and easy recipe is a great start to your next summer cook out.

8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese, at room temperature

1/3 cup hot wing sauce, I’m using Frank’s Original

¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled

1 cup colby-jack cheese, shredded

¼ cup green onions, finely chopped, more for garnish

  • pound chicken breast, cooked and chopped small

5 large flour tortillas (approximately 10½" diameter)

Blue Cheese dressing for dipping

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack cheese, and green onions until blended. Stir chicken into mixture. Spread approximately ¾ cup of mixture on top of one of the tortillas. Roll up tortilla tightly, but without shifting the mixture too much. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Place rolled tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and slice each rolled tortillas in half and then each half into 3 slices, discarding ends. Place pinwheel slices on serving plate or tray with a bowl of the dressing.
