RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond police are responding to a double shooting at the 2100 block of Keswick Avenue on Tuesday afternoon. According to police, both victims were shot in the middle of the street.
Police have confirmed that there are two males who were injured during the incident – one in the midsection and the other in the lower body. Both victims were taken a local hospital.
