RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash has closed the left and center lanes of Interstate 95 south near the Boulevard exit (mile marker 78.8) in Richmond. Traffic was backed up nearly 2 miles at 7 a.m. Details about the crash including the numbers of vehicle and extent of injuries has not yet been released.
