RICHMOND, Va. -- Grab your umbrella Thursday. Rain chances will gradually increase throughout the day, with the best chance of rain coming Thursday night into Friday morning.  A warmer and drier pattern will develop this weekend as high pressure strengthens over the region.

Highs will reach the mid 70s Saturday and should hit on Sunday. The warm-up will continue into the first half of next week, with highs in the low to mid 80s.
