RICHMOND, Va - Francisco Gonzalez, Owner and Chef at Panchito Taqueria , and ¿Qué Pasa? Festival Project Manager Lisa Rose Neumann, shared some tasty Tacos Al Pastor, a featured dish at this year’s fiesta. Chef Gonzalez’ signature tacos are a flavor-packed dish featuring charbroiled pork with Guajillo Chile and and Orange Sauce. Festival-goers can also enjoy free boat rides in the ‘floating gardens,’ life Latin music, and plenty of food, beverages, and vendors to try. The 2015 ¿Qué Pasa?
