RICHMOND, Va - Author and medieval historian Bruce Holsinger, Ph. D., English Professor at the University of Virginia, visited the studio to introduce his latest novel, ‘The Invention of Fire.’ This work is the sequel to his debut novel, ‘A Burnable Book,’ which took readers on a thrilling journey back in time to medieval England. Dr. Holsinger returns readers to 14th century London with a vivid and authentic scope as he explores the origins of the handgun in an entirely original way with a tremendously appealing cast of characters. ‘The Invention of Fire’ is available now. Bruce will be on hand to sign copies of his new book on Tuesday, April 28th at 6:30pm at Fountain Book Store in Shockoe Slip. For more information visit www.bruceholsinger.com.
