HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- A school bus driver was charged after a crash that sent three elementary school students and another driver to the hospital, according to Hanover Sheriff's Office spokesman Major Mike Trice. All of the injuries were described as "minor."

"Our investigation has determined that a Hanover County school bus was travelling west on Mountain Road when it struck a 2005 Ford pick-up that was stopped in the lane of traffic waiting to make a left turn," Trice said. "The driver of the school bus was charged with Following to Close."
