HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- An overturned tanker truck closed lanes and backed up traffic on Interstate I-295 north near the Henrico-Hanover line Monday morning.
"Troopers responded to the scene just north of Shady Grove Road on I-295 in Hanover County. The overturned tanker truck, hauling bleach, came to rest in the median of I-295. There appears to be no leakage," Virginia State Police spokeswoman Deborah Cox said. " As a result of the first crash, a second crash occurred involving another vehicle. There are minor injuries."
