HANOVER COUNTY, Va. – Interstate 95 south fully reopened to traffic at about 6 a.m. Friday after a truck hauling 40,000 pounds of laundry detergent was involved in a crash Thursday night. At one point the crash, which involved the big rig and two other vehicles, closed the right and center travel lanes on I-95 south near the Kings Dominion exit. The center lane reopened to traffic at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday. No one was seriously injured the crash. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
