RICHMOND, Va. — The Richmond School Board has lifted the committee ban on one of its members for trying to leak confidential student information.
The Board voted 5-4 to lift the ban on Tichi Pinkney Eppes at their meeting Monday night night.
Back in September, she tried to release personal information on about 28 students to a Medicaid vendor, who specializes in therapeutic care.
No personal information was actually released.
