RICHMOND, Va - Playwright David Emerson Toney and Actors Brandon Sterrett and Ryan Poquis talked about Theatre VCU’s latest offering, ‘Frankenstein: Dawn of a Monster.’ This play is a new twist on the classic tale with scenes inspired by Mary Shelley’s novel as well as scenes from Shelley’s own life. Brandon, playing the part of the monster, and Ryan, playing the part of William Frankenstein, performed a scene. ‘Frankenstein: Dawn of a Monster’ is on stage now and will run through Sunday, April 26th at the Raymond Hodges Theatre at the Singleton Performing Arts Center, located at 922 Park Avenue.
