RICHMOND: The Grand Estate Dover Hall, in Manakin-Sabot is this year site for the 14th annual Easter Seals UCP "Eggstravaganza" Saturday, March 21st. The event is a black-tie fundraiser where monies raised will be used to sponsor "camperships" for disabled children and adults in need of financial assistance to attend Camp Easter Seals, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
The evening includes cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a seated dinner as well as a silent and live auction with the return of Bill Bevins and Shelley Perkins of 100.9 FM as Masters of Ceremony. Again this year the VCU Fashion Department, freshmen design students will create 12 one-of-a-kind eggs for the event.
