RICHMOND, Va. — Lanes of Interstate 64 east are closed near the Shockoe Valley Bridge (mile marker 191.5) in Richmond due to a tractor trailer accident. The east center and right lanes remained closed as of 10: 30 a.m. Traffic was backed up more than two miles. State Police have not yet released details about the crash.
Farther east on I-64, all lanes are closed in New Kent due to another tractor trailer crash.
