RICHMOND, Va. -- After 90 nights behind bars, embattled state delegate Joe Morrissey is a free man.
Morrissey had been spending his time between the General Assembly on work release and jail.
He was serving time for contributing to the delinquency of a minor after being accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage staffer.
He's going back to court in April. This time, he's charged with forging court documents under oath.
