HENRICO, Va. — Henrico Police made an arrest Sunday, in connection with a commercial robbery off Williamsburg Road. The suspect entered the store early in the morning, just before 5 a.m. Sunday, and demanded money. The suspect was described as a black male, wearing a gray sweatshirt and a black ski mask.
Three hours later when police arrested and charged Adonte Montice Baskerville, age 22, with the crime, they uncovered evidence which connected him to other crimes. Police said they uncovered evidence that connected him to four other robberies, but they declined to say what those crimes were.
Baskerville was transported to the Henrico County Jail where he was charged with robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Additional charges are forthcoming for the other incidents.
Police said that Baskerville is connected to the Jan. 28 armed robbery in the 5200 block of Airport Square Lane, the Feb. 16 armed robbery in the 8000 block of West Broad Street, the Feb. 17 armed robbery in the 5100 block of Williamsburg Road, and the Feb. 19 armed robbery in the 5600 block of Chamberlayne Road.
