OKLAHOMA CITY – Four Oklahoma high school students are accused of gang raping a 15-year-old female student after school.
Three of the students, two of whom are football players according to KOCO, were arrested at Westmoore High School Thursday.
It all started when the 15-year-old victim thought she was just having sex with her boyfriend, but according to the arrest affidavit, he and his friends ended raping her.
“She was engaged in sex with one of them when three others entered the room and all of them took turns having sex with her,” said Gary Knight, with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
As a result, police arrested 18-year-old John Delmoral, 18-year-old Terrel Skinner and 19-year-old Boston William on suspicion of rape. Police also issued an arrest warrant for 18-year-old Johnathan Henderson, the girl’s boyfriend.
The encounter happened after school at an apartment complex on the city’s Southwest side.
“The victim never said no… because she considered Henderson her boyfriend and was shocked that he not only did not stop the rape… he participated in it,” the arrest affidavit read.
Moore Public Schools officials credited a student with reporting that the victim had been involved in a situation. Accordingly, administrators contacted the girl’s parents, who called police.
“We are proud of the students who came forward with the information regarding their classmate’s well-being and are equally as proud of our administrators for taking care of the incident in such a timely manner to make sure the victim was kept safe,” school officials said in a statement.
