RICHMOND, Va. -- A happy little boy will be able to keep smiling thanks to some young Richmonders.
Hollison, who is from the small Caribbean island of St. Lucia, is getting lifesaving heart surgery thanks to students at St. Catherine’s School and the World Pediatric Project.
Students from grades four through eight have been raising money to bring the 16-month-old here for surgery and many of them say that they're proud to help out.
Hollison's mother made the journey with him all the way to Richmond. He'll begin having surgery soon.
