Crash slows traffic along I-64 east in Henrico’s West End

UPDATE: The back up had cleared as of 9:30 a.m., VDOT reported.
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A crash has closed the right lane of Interstate 64 east, at the Parham Road exit, in western Henrico. Traffic was backed up three miles at 8:30 a.m., according to VDOT.
Avoid the area if you can. This is a developing story.
