RICHMOND, Va. -- The major water main blow-out in Richmond on Monday is going to take a while to fix. Harrison and Cumberland streets, including nearby sidewalks, will be closed for the next 11 days.
A pipe burst Monday, sending water spewing into the streets and leaving hundreds without running water.
Service has since been restored.
