RICHMOND, Va. — Several accidents are slowing traffic around Richmond on this wet Monday morning.
On I-95 south, there may still be residual delays as of 8:19 a.m., after an accident earlier had closed the right lane near Belvidere Street, according to VDOT. The back up at 7:45 a.m. was five miles.
An accident has also caused traffic to back up on I-195 north near Laburnum.
