Henrico Police issued an update on Jan. 2, that said only that Mr. Kearney has been located safe, outside of Virginia.
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Henrico police are asking the public for help finding a 60-year-old man who vanished without a trace Tuesday, Dec. 23.
Henrico Police said that Marvin Edward Kearney vanished from the 800 block of McCoul Street around 10 p.m. on Dec. 23.
Kearney is described as a black male, about five feet eight inches, about 155 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and is possibly wearing glasses.
