RICHMOND, Va. — A crash has backed up traffic for six miles on the Powhite Parkway east into Richmond, near the ramp from I-195N (Downtown Expressway). All lanes are open.

Major delays northbound Powhite Pkwy to the Dwtwn Expwy ramp. There is a 6 mile backup due to an accident. @CBS6 #RVAtraffic
