Masked man damages Chesterfield store during break-in

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police have released photos of a man wanted for breaking into a Chesterfield County store.

“An unknown subject forced open the front door of the Tienda Joana located at 5746 Hopkins Road. Once inside the business, the man searched for cash by forcing open the cash registers and going into the office,” a Chesterfield Police spokesperson said about the November 16 crime. “The thief also caused a significant amount of damage to the store.”

Police described the suspect is as a stocky-built, 5’9″ white man. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket and a mask that covered his face.
