DILLWYN, Va. -- A Buckingham County man has been arrested for the shooting deaths of two men Sunday morning in the Dillwyn area of the county.
The Buckingham County Sheriff's Office said 39-year-old Greg Taylor is being held without bond in the Piedmont Regional Jail facing five felony charges, including murder.
Investigators discovered 65-year-old Radford Ranson and 51-year-old Kenneth Beasley deceased at 78 Roachs Lane after an emergency call was made to the Buckingham County Emergency Communications Center at 4:44 a.m.
"A joint investigation between the Buckingham County Sheriff’s Office and the Virginia State Police is on-going," an email from the Buckingham County Sheriff's Office read.
